Kalathil Lake Resort Refund Policy

1. Any changes done from 0 hours to 120 hours before check-in attract 100% of the booking amount.
2. Any changes done from 120 hours to 240 hours before check-in will attract a penalty of up to 50% of the booking amount.
3. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to bed/room availability on the relevant day and must be reconfirmed with the front office staff at Kalathil Lake Resort.
4. For any early check-out, a one-night early check-out penalty will be imposed. In the event of a guest no-show, a fee equivalent to one night’s rate will be charged.
5. A levy is chargeable for early check-in from 07:00 to 14:00 hours and late check-out from 12:00 to 18:00 hours.
6. Rooms not occupied by 22:00 hours will be considered a no-show, unless prior arrangements have been made with Kalathil Lake Resort.
7. Reservations can be modified or cancelled online before 48 hours prior to the arrival date without any cancellation charges.
8. To guarantee your reservation, please provide Kalathil Lake Resort with your credit card number and expiry date. Confirmation will only be provided upon receipt of valid card details.
9. In case of a no-show or a cancellation/amendment (in part or full) within 48 hours or less from the check-in date, a retention charge equivalent to one night’s applicable room rate will be levied. Additionally, in case of early check-out, one night’s retention will be charged for the unused night(s).
10. In case of a full refund upon cancellation, a deduction of 5% will be applied towards online payment processing charges.
