But, the specialty to look forward to, is ethnic, traditional Kerala cooking. The fresh catch of the day, rich coconuts, and a slew of fragrant spices; the Kerala Cuisine makes it unique.
There are 2 restaurants in the resort – The open Lake view restaurant, overlooking the beauty of the Backwater is perfect for breakfast Lunch and Dinner. Evening, the air conditioned lagoon facing restaurant is open for for the guests.
Alternatively, for those special romantic celebrations, the resort can provide candlelight suppers on the lawn overlooking the lake – insects are not a problem as the resort operates a daily pest control program.
All meals are noramly offered as buffet style. An a La Carte menu is also available offering a variety of local Kerala dishes, north Indian dishes, Chinese and international cuisine.
