Four Categories of Cottages/rooms are available in the resort to choose according to preference.

Water front Cottages/Rooms are (Deluxe and Superior) constructed in pillars and over looking to the inside lake in the resort. Its promoting with spacious room, extra ordinary balcony with easy chairs. air conditioning, Cable TV,Coffee Maker, Hair Dryer, Hot and Cold showers, Mini Fridge,superior fittings. Relaxing on the balcony will certainly ease the worries and cares of the busy executive. One can enjoy the scenic beauty of the inside lake from the balcony, as well as the small canal flowing down beneath the villa. Cottages/Room service available on request.

The Lake side kerala Cottages/rooms are (Superior and Premium) looking towards Vembanad lake. Cottages/Rooms provide air conditioning, Cable TV,Coffee Maker, Hair Dryer, Hot and Cold showers, Bath Tub, Mini Fridge, a Dressing room and superior fittings. Relaxing on the balcony will certainly ease the worries and cares of the busy executive. One can enjoy the scenic beauty of the lake from the balcony, as well as the small canal flowing down beneath the villa. Cottages/Room service available on request.

December 20th to January 5th: Rs.1000/- per room.

Mandatory Galla Dinner Charges :

On 24th Dec Eve (Dec. 24th) Rs.500/- per person

On New year Eve (Dec. 31st) Rs.1500/- per person

It is mandatory for guests to carry and present valid photo & address identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Aadhar Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in.

Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card

Foreign nationals are requested to present their Passport and valid Visa.

Indian nationals can present any one of the following: Passport or Driving License or Voter ID Card or Aadhar Card

If any extra Child / Adult More than 5 years old, we will Charge as Extra Person / Extra Bed with or without bed rate on concerned meal plan

We Accept the Credit Card Payment / Cash Payment only for the Final Settlement

Any Type of Alcaholic usage in resort atmosphere is strictly restricted as per the government regulations

Cancellation Policy

Rooms may be released if payments/vouchers are not issued within cut off periods

0 -10 days prior to stay - No refund. (on the full amount)

11-15 days prior to stay - 50% refund (on the full amount)

16 -30 days prior to stay - 75% refund (on the full amount)

More than 30 days prior to stay - 90% refund (on the full amount)

No refund for reservation during peak season
